Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract (registration or booking of a paid service).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received without delay and no later than 14 daysfrom the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

Exclusion / Early Expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires early for contracts:

• for the provision of services, if Perfect-Aupair.com has fully performed the service and you have expressly agreed beforehand that we may begin execution and you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed;
• where you have received digital content (e.g., premium memberships, upgrades) and we have started execution after your express consent.
